Using a foundation in CBT, I enjoy developing a solid treatment plan with the client to meet their needs and reach their goals in counseling. I am a birth, foster, and adoptive mom and have a passion for working with other moms as they transition into a new stage of life. Additionally, I have training and experience working with children and teens. Using specific techniques and interventions, I can work along side your child during their time of need.
I work with children (3 and older), teens, new moms, adults, and couples. Additionally, I am a follower of Christ and would love to implement faith into the counseling relationship when desired.
