I am an EMDR Certified Therapist and have expertise treating individuals with various needs including mental health, trauma, and problematic behaviors. I have worked with individuals experiencing a range of mental health and trauma symptoms and experiences including, but not limited to depression, anxiety, trauma and PTSD, dissociation, grief, Borderline Personality Disorder, disordered eating, sexual behaviors, obsessions and compulsions, and substance use.
Using a client-centered, strengths-based, humanistic approach, my therapeutic style incorporates a blend of approaches and techniques to help meet people where they are including EMDR, ACT, mindfulness, and CBT. I also integrate skills from other modalities including IFS, DBT, relapse prevention, and harm reduction.
