I've been in the helping profession 10 years. I offer a versatile background of experience working with adolescents & adults, HIV, LGBTQ+, homeless, motherhood, & persons on probation w/substance use and/or mental health issues. Recently, I've been honored to support, teach, advocate, and collaborate with the neurodivergent community, specifically ADHD.
I believe everyone has the potential to achieve optimum wellness, but no one is a one-size fits all. I have learned and continue to remind myself of this daily.
