I work with children, teens, adults, parents, and families navigating anxiety, identity, and life transitions, with a special focus on neurodivergent individuals. If you or your child feel misunderstood, struggle with routines, or feel disconnected, you don’t have to figure it out alone!
I provide an affirming, inclusive space using DBT, attachment-based, and family systems approaches. I specialize in neurodivergence, LGBTQ+ care, and women’s empowerment. Therapy with me is practical and personalized—helping you build routines, regulate emotions, improve relationships, and feel more confident in your day to day life.
