I enjoy working with adults, as well as those who are a part of the LGBTQ+ community, BIPOC community (Black, Indigenous, and People of Color), and anyone who is on a journey of self-discovery and healing. Whether you are processing grief, navigating trauma, questioning identity, or simply needing space to be heard, I am here to talk to walk with you - wherever you are.
I use a wide variety of treatment modalities to assist my clients. Based on your unique needs, I will adapt my approach to include many practices. Your goals and progress are my primary focus.
