At Return to Self Counseling LLC, we serve children, teens, adults, elderly, as well as those who are a part of the LGBTQ+ community, BIPOC community (Black, Indigenous, and People of Color), and anyone who is on a journey of self discovery and healing. Whether you are processing grief, navigating trauma, questioning identity, or simply needing space to be heard, we are here to talk to walk with you - wherever you are. We work with clients in the states of Wisconsin, Michigan, Idaho, and Minnesota.

I believe that therapy is not about fixing who you are-it's about reconnecting with the self you may have lost along the way.
