I specialize in neurodiversity, which includes giftedness, perfectionism, level one autism & PDA and much more. I work with adults, teens and children who are dealing with a variety of challenges such as depression, anxiety, emotional reactivity, transition concerns, need for self-understanding, parental stressors, family stressors, anger issues, overwhelm, vocational stressors, relationship concerns, conflict resolution and more.
