I work to help you reconnect with your ability to work, love, and play with more ease. Together we can start mapping out your inner world, listen carefully to what lights you up, and begin caring for stress and exhaustion. I can help you explore internal and external stressors, resolve conflicts, and feel more connected to the here and now.

I offer a collaborative space for young adults seeking individual or couples therapy. I have experience working with people impacted by trauma, autistic and LGBTQIA+ people experiencing minority stress, and advocates engaged in long term anti-racism & systemic change efforts.

A weekly psychotherapy group for partners of transgender people. Loving a transgender person means loving more than just them. It means navigating a world that doesn’t always understand or support who they are and stepping into that space with them. Loving a transgender person can bring you face to-face with your own relationship to gender—and all the vulnerability that comes with it. This process group offers a safe, confidential, and affirming space for partners, spouses, and significant others of transgender people to connect, share, and find support.

This group offers ongoing case consultation group for process-oriented licensed therapists working with Neurodivergent clients.
