This online 12-week therapy group is designed for neurodivergent young adults (ages 18-35) seeking a safe and supportive space to connect, reduce the stigma of neurodivergence, and foster meaningful relationships. The group offers an inclusive environment for individuals who identify with Autism, ADHD, Down Syndrome, Executive Dysfunction, Rejection Sensitivity, Highly Sensitive Persons, and more. Together, we will explore shared experiences, develop interpersonal skills, and build a sense of community, empowering each member to thrive in their unique neurodivergent identity.
