My name is Melissa Perez-Halley.
I am a first generation Mexican-America therapist who has a passion for supporting those in their acculturation journey, couples facing adversity, and those looking to take a proactive approach and work toward more balance in their behavioral and mental health. It is my firm belief that through practical, dynamic, and targeted methods we can all develop tools to face life’s challenges head on.
I focus on individuals and couples incorporating various modalities including grounding/breath work, CBT, psychotherapy, groups, and all the work I do is through a trauma informed lens. There is hope in healing and while there is pain in life, there is also much beauty and I walk alongside my clients to reclaim that confidence.
