Racial trauma has been found have a tremendous impact on the livelihood of Black women, especially within a professional setting. Let us work together to release shame blame and guilt so that you can start your healing journey. Now might be the time to schedule a session so that you can finally put yourself first.
With 10+ years of professional experience, I specialize in racial identity including the treatment of racial trauma of Black & women of color in professional environments. Together we'll develop coping skills when anxiety shows up at work, improve self-esteem to reduce workplace stress, & create healthy boundaries to limit the impact of racial trauma.
You don't have to do this alone, I am here to help. If and when you are ready, please submit a request here on Psychology Today. Currently I only accept Blue Cross Blue Shield and Optum. If you have a different insurance, my current rate is $180 per session. At this time, I only offer online sessions. I'm available Tues/Weds 9-4pm & Thu/Fri 9-3pm.
