In my practice, I work with individuals facing a variety of challenges such as life transitions, anxiety, depression, grief, loss, and self-esteem issues. I believe that there isn’t a “one-size-fits-all” approach to therapy; it must be individualized to meet the unique needs of each client. Hence, I utilize a "multidisciplinary approach" which may include CBT, DBT. Mindfulness, EMDR (Eye-Movement-Desensitization and Reprocessing), and BLAST (Bi-Lateral Analysis and Stimulation Treatment).
