I support adolescents/adults navigating mood disorders, C/PTSD, life transitions, neurodivergence, and existential concerns. Many of my clients come in carrying the weight of relationships that shaped them before they had words for what was happening: attachment trauma, parentification, enmeshment, conditional love, chronic invalidation. They're often called too sensitive, too dramatic, or too much. My clients want a therapist that sees the whole person, not just a diagnostic label. They know what it’s like to feel unseen, talked over, or handed a worksheet when they needed something deeper.
A skilled clinician and diagnostician with 15+ years of experience, I integrate trauma-informed, evidence-based therapies within a relational/psychodynamic framework — building treatment around the individual, not a protocol. I offer a reprieve from the particular exhaustion of living authentically in places and systems that are not always affirming.
You don't have to make your pain sound serious enough to deserve support — it already is. Whether you're exhausted, lost, or just ready for something different, I'd love to hear from you. Reaching out is the hardest step. We will take the next steps together.

Groups
Summer Dungeons & Dragons Group (ages 14-17)
This 6-session therapist-facilitated group uses collaborative tabletop role-playing (Dungeons & Dragons) as a creative, connection-based space for teens to build confidence, practice social skills, and express themselves — all while having a great time. The group is inclusive and neurodivergence-affirming, meaning every participant is welcomed exactly as they are. No prior gaming experience is necessary — just an open mind and a willingness to have fun! Space is limited to 8 players, so please reach out soon to reserve your teen's spot.
