My approach treats the root of presenting symptoms and addresses the core belief systems that drive problematic patterns. I am trained in EMDR, an evidence-based trauma treatment model designed to reprocess memories that may be leading to symptoms.
I integrate EMDR with other treatment modalities (CBT, DBT, Internal Family Systems, Somatic Experiencing) to meet the individualized needs of my clients.
