With over 20 years of experience working with individuals and families, addressing anxiety, depression, life transitions and family conflicts, allow me to help you to identify the life patterns that are no longer serving you and help you to write a new life script.
My treatment approach is eclectic, pulling from a variety of theories and experiences as each individual has specific and unique needs. I believe that the "obstacle thoughts" that keep us from reaching our goals, originate during early childhood experiences. Consequently, I draw predominantly from cognitive behavioral, and family systems perspectives.
