I offer nature-based, mobile and virtual therapy in Denver, Golden, Evergreen, Silverthorne, Winter Park and Steamboat Springs, Colorado. I work with men and women who want to work on their relationships or ready to heal from heartbreak, divorce, and relationship trauma. If you feel stuck in old patterns or disconnected from yourself after painful relationships, this work is for you. Together, we slow down, meet in nature, or wherever is comfortable for you, and gently explore what’s beneath the surface so you can reconnect with yourself, rebuild self-trust, and create relationships that feel grounded, honest, and true to you.
I support clients navigating relationship challenges, heartbreak, divorce, and relationship trauma. Our work focuses on understanding patterns, processing and healing emotions, and creating real change. Together, we transform disconnection into clarity, self-trust, and emotional freedom. We meet in the beautiful outdoors, not in a stuffy sterile office.
It can be hard to trust again — yourself, others, or even the process of therapy. That makes sense. I offer a space where you can show up as you are, without pressure, and begin to gently explore what healing could look like for you.
