The clients I seek to work with are couples, families, and adult individuals who are open to the challenging process of personal growth. People who seek to deepen connections, expand knowledge beyond what you think you know, and have the capacity for curiosity. Clients who seek to experience emotions authentically in the therapy setting and between sessions make the most progress and live more satisfying and peaceful lives. I am a Neurodivergent and LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist.
I take a trauma informed approach to working with couples, families, and adult individuals who are interested in deepening the richness and relationships in their lives. I work with an individualized and often blended modality approach focusing on family systems and the ways in which we unconsciously pass down unhealthy patterns within generations.
Often times starting a therapeutic relationship can be incredibly daunting. I want to celebrate the strength it takes to commit to such a challenging and rich experience of healing and change.
