Through Monarch Counseling & Wellness, I offer individual and couples counseling for adults and adolescents (ages 15+) seeking healing and support from trauma, grief/loss, and difficult life challenges. Common problems my clients face are Depression, Anxiety, Personality Disorders, Addiction, PTSD, and challenges related to those who identify as LGBTQ+. I am an EMDR trained therapist. I also offer training and supervision services for those seeking LCSW licensure.
I have been in the helping field for over 20 years, and a Licensed Clinical social worker for nearly 10 of those. I have worked in a variety of settings including Inpatient Psychiatric care, Active Duty Military and VA, the Justice System, Medical Settings, Addiction Treatment, and Community Mental Health. I am also an LGBTQ+ affirming therapist.
