This involves creating a safe and non-judgmental space where you feel comfortable sharing your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. I also strive to establish trust and mutual respect so that you can feel supported and understood. I use various evidence-based techniques and interventions in my sessions, tailored specifically to each client's needs and goals.
But beyond the techniques and interventions used in therapy, I believe that the most important factor for change is your motivation and willingness to work towards your goals. As a therapist, I am here to support and guide you, but ultimately it is your own efforts and determination that will lead to lasting change.
I understand that therapy can be a challenging process at times, as it often involves facing difficult emotions or past traumas. That is why I ensure that my clients feel heard, validated, and supported throughout our sessions.
