About
My goal is to help people overcome life’s challenges and lead happier, more connected, and mindful lives. I am straightforward, non-judgmental, and practical in my counseling approach. My collaborative style and use of evidenced-based tools helps people build greater self-awareness, self-esteem, and self-control. After 15 years of working in the helping profession, I am comfortable in the uncomfortable spaces and dedicated to helping people work through their pain.
As a therapist and an ally, I promise to give honest reflection, unwavering compassion, and respect to all individuals that I serve. I am trained in a variety of modalities and comfortable adjusting my method to meet individual needs.
Being human is complex and sometimes we get off track. I believe that with some tailoring, some practice and a multifaceted approach, we can all learn to rewire our brains and make great strides in creating our own healthier, happier lives.
