I AM Accepting NEW - CLIENTS. I use an Integrated Holistic Mind-Body Approach: Neurocounseling, Positive Psychology, Somatic Psychotherapy, Neurotherapy bio-feedback, etc. I work with clients to develop individualized treatment action plans to resolve difficulties, address challenges, & focus on achieving goals. I specialize in Anxiety / Stress / Trauma; Relationship Dynamics & Communication Skills; Life & Career Direction; Transition Management; Depression; Grief & Loss. I assist in gaining knowledge & answers, forming new behaviors, overcoming barriers, support healing & development, & in creating positive relationships.
I've worked with people from many cultures, ages, backgrounds, & beliefs. I understand we all need to find balance, happiness, & personal well-being. I help clients identify what is keeping them stuck. I assist in discovery of existing strengths & tools & the identify / use of new ones. My goal is to help clients grow from struggles, heal, & move forward.
The therapeutic relationship must respect orientation / preference, race, ethnicity, culture, values, beliefs, practices, & intentions. I use mindfulness techniques for gaining more control over thoughts, feelings, & reactions; neuroscience for understanding how to make the brain work for us when making positive changes to beliefs, behaviors, and choices.
