I work with individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, life stress, and major transitions, including those who feel too much or too different.
I offer telehealth sessions and use a variety of treatment models, tailored to what works best for you and grounded in a trauma-informed perspective. I am also trained in TF-CBT, EMDR, and offer EMDR intensives, when appropriate to your situation. My goal is to help you process experiences in a way that feels authentic, supportive, and manageable.
