Asking for help and seeking treatment can be difficult for many! You're longing to feel more understood, less isolated, and more at home in your body and self. Maybe society has forced you to internalize messages such as "Get over it," “Don’t be so sensitive,” and "you shouldn't feel this way." There is enough space for ALL of your feelings and experiences here; all parts of you are welcome. You are worthy of care and compassion. My goal is never to convince you or change you- after all, you hold the most wisdom and knowledge about your body and what has happened in your life.

I have worked in various settings and with diverse clients over the past years, including individuals who are healing from eating disorders, trauma, grief, death anxiety, and various forms of oppression. I work from an intersectional lens; I recognize that individuals may experience multiple forms of oppression (racism, xenophobia, fatphobia, transphobia).
As a native Spanish speaker, I provide services in both English and Spanish, and also work with immigrant families adjust to this new country and political climate. I do Immigration mental health evaluations. As part of a practice focused on body autonomy, social justice, and inclusivity, I aim to create a open space for all individuals.
