Are things going different than you thought they would? We all have times when we feel lost or broken. The journey of parenthood can be difficult, whether it be during process of conception, pregnancy or once you have a child. It can feel overwhelming, you may be sad, angry or feel out of control. My practice is here to support individuals and couples who are experiencing infertility, pregnancy and postpartum struggles as well as individuals experiencing, life changes.
I am a trained and experienced infertility counselor who holds a PSI Maternal mental health certificate. I also have extensive knowledge of mental health disorders through my experiences working in the field of mental health for over 20 years.
