Being a client centered therapist, I focus heavily on the therapeutic relationship and on really hearing my client's needs, strengths, and barriers. I will help identify strengths and resources that can aid in overcoming obstacles and actively bring about change. I specialize in relationships, communication, and parenting. I have ongoing continuing training in these topics as well as neuroanatomy and psychophysiology, biofeedback and mindfulness, anxiety and executive functioning issues. I never stop learning, and love the complexity of humans and interactions. I like to have fun, laugh, smile, and love engaging with people.
I'm generally available for upcoming appointments this week or next, and work Monday - Friday, mid-morning through evening. I do accept most insurance plans and have a sliding scale, reasonable cost for private payment without using insurance. We will respond within 24- 48 hours, but you will typically receive a call from my assistant or myself quickly.
We currently offer telehealth and in office appointments to all of our clients.
