Welcome! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who has worked with people from many different cultures, sexual/gender identities, and active duty/veteran populations for over 10 years. I help my clients deal with anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, family and relationship problems, career changes, and many other issues at different points in their lives. My counseling approach is eclectic and includes cognitive-behavioral, strength-based, person-focused, psychodynamic, and solution-focused counseling modalities.
One of my main priorities is to provide quality, culturally competent care, & I'm excited to provide my services through telehealth to open doors for those who may not traditionally have easy access. I know there isn’t a "one-size-fits-all" approach for everyone and am committed to working with you on your unique needs in numerous ways.
