I work with individuals 13 years old and older as well as couples. My specialties include substance use disorder, trauma and anxiety. I use a variety of techniques to help my clients, but special trainings include: Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), brainspotting, and psychedelic somatic processing.
