I have years of experience working with people from all different backgrounds, and most commonly I work with issues related to depression, anxiety, self-esteem, grief and loss, career issues, and much more. I have an integrative counseling style that incorporates elements from Strength-based Solution-focused Brief Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
