I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing compassionate, trauma-informed therapy using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I also have a certification in CBT focused on Depression. Together, we focus on reducing anxiety, improving mood, and developing coping skills to help regain a sense of control and stability in your daily life.
One of the main objectives of my practice is to provide accessible Mental Health care to all. I strive to create a safe, supportive space where therapy feels collaborative and empowering. Healing is possible, and you don't have to face it alone. Services are available in both English and Spanish.
