I am a strength based and trauma informed counselor. I am certified in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and have extensive experience working with individuals that have experienced trauma. I also focus on an individuals personal strength and assist them in working towards a healthy life.
In addition to counseling individuals that have experienced trauma I have experience working with grief and loss, anxiety and depression, and domestic violence and sexual abuse.
