Hi! My name is Melissa and I come to my role as a therapist through my own lived experience of how hard it is to be a human being. Through my own (ongoing) healing journey, I have found deep transformation in spaces where I am invited to say the unsayable. When our lived experiences are held and witnessed with compassion for the sacred experiences they are, transformation is possible. It is a privilege for me to hold space as a therapist for those seeking to deepen their relationship with themself in the context of the reality of their life.
I offer trauma-informed care through experiential modalities including EMDR and IFS. I specialize in supporting people who have experienced spiritual/religious trauma as well as those questioning or deconstructing their religious faith. I am passionate about supporting parents of neurodiverse or high needs children and anyone experiencing grief and loss.
