As a licensed mental health counselor for over 10 years, I have worked with people in all stages of life - however my specialty is working with adults. I love helping parents rediscover the joy of life again. I also am trained as a Certified Positive Discipline Parent Educator, which I utilize in both individual therapy and parenting groups.
