There are times in our lives when we may feel as though we are just going through the motions. Past experiences, perhaps dating back to childhood, could show up in a variety of ways in your adult life. Sometimes you may realize that there could be a connection between your past affecting the present but you are not quite sure how. You may be experiencing a variety of overwhelming emotions, some of which could be contributing to anxiety, depression or showing up in your interpersonal relationships. This may have created the potential opportunity for you to begin your healing process. It is my intention to assist you in this journey.
I offer a holistic psychotherapeutic approach to healing that encompasses a combination of mind, body, and soul work. I combine traditional psychotherapy, heart-centered hypnotherapy, guided meditation and inner child healing with a culturally affirming approach. Together, we can discuss and collaborate to discover which modalities would work best for you.

Mental Health Professionals of Color
We are offering a virtual support/peer group for Mental Health Professionals of Color beginning Thursday, March 4, 11, 18 & 25th facilitated by 2 Clinicians of Color. We will be discussing topics in relation to discrimination, race, culture, processing 2020 and much more. Open to all mental health professions, including LSWs, LCSWs, LPCs, Psychologists, LMFTs, interns etc. Each session is $30 or $100 for all 4 sessions.
