If you find yourself trying to become "unstuck" from unhelpful patterns of belief and behavior in a judgement-free and safe space, I am here to help. I seek to partner with individuals in overcoming barriers to the life they want to lead. Life undoubtedly comes with challenges and experiences that may at times contribute to distress. I believe we all have strengths and the ability to learn new ways of being and thinking to face these challenges and thrive. Growth is a continual life process, and each new experience and stage of life presents an opportunity to discover new ways to adapt.
My approach is based on forming a therapeutic relationship centered on trust and care. When you can feel safe and seen, you can truly grow. The challenges we face often require an eclectic approach, and combination of techniques from various evidence-based modalities. I have experience using techniques from CBT, MI, TF-CBT, and EMDR.
I invite individuals to bring all parts of themselves on their therapy journey. Have you reached the place where you are ready and willing to move forward and heal? If so, you can expect to be heard, validated, and encouraged as we work together to address your unique needs and goals
