I use a combination of approaches to help clients grow and heal. Though Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is my primary modality, I also integrated strategies rooted in mindfulness, tapping, and positive psychology. Recently, I have become an EMDR certified therapist. All interventions and treatments are designed with the needs and goals of the client in mind.
