NOTE: I am currently supervising a graduate student who is working towards a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She is offering short-term, no cost therapy services with immediate openings. If financial stressors or long waits are a barrier to starting therapy, please give our office a call and ask to be scheduled with Victoria!
I believe that every person has the capacity for change and authentic living. I also believe that no one gets there alone. I have experience helping individuals with a wide variety of concerns but specialize in anxiety management. I enjoy working with people of all ages, but specialize in services to children, adolescents, and their families.
I utilize a person-centered, strengths-based approach that values each person’s unique experiences and abilities. It is an honor any time someone invites me to walk with them on their journey. If you would like to schedule a time to meet, please call our office or schedule online at www.counselinglexingtonky.com.
