I work with adults, teens, & adolescents, specializing in depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, OCD, schizophrenia, & trauma counseling. I use a variety of psychotherapy treatments, including but not limited to CBT, TI-CBT, and family-focused approaches. I encourage clients to practice self-care and promote increased self-awareness and healing to clients!
