I also have experience with case management and advocacy, and do consult work at schools/organizations (workshops/trainings).
I am a LCSW-R with 15+ years of experience working with children, adolescents & families. I possess a Post-Graduate Certificate from NYU, and I am trained in several modalities: CPT (Cognitive Processing Therapy), TF-CBT (Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), Motivational Interviewing, CBT, SPARCS (DBT for adolescents), and Structural Family Therapy.
For clients who are creatively inclined or interested, expressive therapies (visual art/writing) can be incorporated into sessions for an individually tailored experience which can be helpful to the healing process. For animal lovers, my certified therapy dog is available to attend sessions, if requested by the client.
