I offer a calm, grounded space to help you work through anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, and midlife changes. I believe meaningful growth happens when you feel genuinely heard and can explore patterns with both curiosity and care. In our work together, I bring a collaborative, evidence-based approach tailored to your goals, always at a pace that feels right for you. With individuals and couples, I draw from CBT, mindfulness, and Gottman-informed methods to build self-awareness, emotional balance, and healthier connection.

I'm part of the Anchor Health Counseling team, and we want to make it easy to start therapy. We are in-network with Aetna, Cigna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Healthcare, and Medicare. You can call us, email us, or visit us online at the Anchor Health Counseling website.
