About
I focus on creating a warm environment for my client to feel safe and able to process whatever their wanting to work on. There is no pressure to focus on one topic, as life has it's ups and downs. The treatment plan is created by my client and myself, in order to ensure the focus is on what my client would like to work on .
I treat various mental health and substance use disorder conditions, with a specialty in working with individuals from the LBGTQ+ community, forensic populations, those who experience trauma, and marriage/couples therapy. I take a holistic approach to therapy and have many interventions that I use, which are tailored to the client.
I am here to listen to your problems and then help guide you through the change you want to create. This is a safe place that has no judgement, blame, or shame. If you are struggling in this moment of life, please reach out and schedule an appointment. If I am not able to help you, I am able to refer you to the right services that can.
