The treatment plan is created by my client and myself, in order to ensure the focus is on what my client would like to work on .
I treat various mental health and substance use disorder conditions, with a specialty in working with individuals from the LBGTQ+ community, forensic populations, those who experience trauma, and marriage/couples therapy. I take a holistic approach to therapy and have many interventions that I use, which are tailored to the client.
