The therapeutic relationship is a safe place to explore, examine, and assess where you are today versus where you want to be in future. Together, we will identify the challenges that keep you from living a more satisfying life and develop concrete plans and skills to address these obstacles. My approach is always collaborative, in which you are the expert of your own experience and strengths. I work with couples and adults with a variety of issues such as sexual dysfunction, anxiety, phobias, obsessive-compulsive disorder, personality disorders, and PTSD.
I am a Certified Sex Therapist and work with the LGBTQ community, kink and poly communities. Additionally,I have specialized training for those struggling to manage out of control sexual behaviors. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and other empirically-validated treatments.
I work with all forms of sexual expression and orientation and utilize a sex-positive approach when working with sexual disorders. Please note, I am often full, but I happy to offer referrals to other trusted professionals to address your concerns.
