Whether you are taking the step to begin therapy for the first time, or are looking to get back into therapy, I hope to provide a quality experience for you as we work together. Are you having difficulty with adjusting to new life changes? Are you feeling like you need to better understand your triggers, feelings and reactions? Do you wish to work on self-esteem, trauma, anxiety, mood changes, or relationship / family issues? I welcome many different concerns you may need support with and will be with you during the change process. I have been practicing for 15 years.

I have a diverse background and skill set, treating teens, young adults, adults, & couples in inpatient treatment and outpatient treatment. I am also licensed for addictions. I always continue to advance and improve my skill set, no matter how long I have been practicing. I strive to be culturally aware. I implement individualized techniques to support you.

Therapy includes building a new relationship with your therapist and processing vulnerable experiences. Although it is not easy, you can learn more about yourself, including building self-understanding and ways to manage your concerns. I look forward to hearing more about you and what you wish to accomplish together.
