About
I help to build a safe, warm and accepting environment where you can feel encouraged to express yourself. I have a large scope of practice experience working with relationship and dating issues, struggling with a break-up/divorce, working through infidelity, sexual identity issues, low self-esteem, and work and academic related stress. I use a variety of methods focusing on an approach that is customized to each person's unique needs and healing process.
We will work on helping you feel more empowered by obtaining a better awareness of your patterns and triggers. I have experience working with people in the arts and the stressors that come with being in the industry. I also have experience with the LGBT community.
Ultimately, I will assist you in any way I can so you may obtain a greater understanding of yourself and improve your quality of life. I will bring insight and total commitment to my work with you. I look forward to hearing from you!
