People often look for ways to eliminate bad feelings, or ways to understand their past. You may have declared that you don't want certain things in your life; but as soon as you say that you don't want something the problems expand. I will work with you to find a workable solution - a way to live your life in accordance with your values, and to develop a willingness to be present in your life.
The focus of my practice is on issues related to depression, anxiety, substance abuse, trauma, and chronic pain and other physical health issues. I also do work with couples and families seeking reconnection or dissolution. I perform neuropsychological testing, for issues related to aging and head injuries.
My office is located directly off of I-25 and Colorado Blvd. It is a wonderful therapy setting, and I believe that you will find the office conducive for productive work. I offer my first session as a free consultation-so that you can be assured of a good therapeutic connection.
