I have been helping folks get unstuck and regain or find their HOPE and their WHY my whole career. Whether I am working with children, adolescents, adults or my fellow/sister clinicians the work is the same. We all just take different routes to get to the top of the mountain. Motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy and structural family therapy provide the backbone of my practice. I have witnessed and celebrated with people as they have made the most incredible recoveries and been in awe as others have somehow withstood what seemed unbearable grief.

What I know about the human spirit is that we can one way or another overcome or raise up any struggle in our life. My life’s work has been to walk with people on their path to healing, to finding what works, to helping folks get what they want and what they need. I cannot wait to work with you, you and your significant other(s) or you and your family.
