My clients often come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, anxious, emotionally exhausted, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve them. Many are navigating trauma, chronic illness, eating disorders, ADHD, relationship challenges, grief, identity exploration, or major life transitions. They may appear to be functioning on the outside while struggling internally. Together, we create a safe, supportive space to better understand emotions, heal from past experiences, develop healthier coping strategies, and build the confidence, resilience, and self-compassion needed to create a more meaningful and fulfilling life.
I help teens and adults navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, eating disorders, ADHD, chronic illness, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Using CBT, DBT, mindfulness, trauma-informed care, and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), I help clients build practical coping skills, process difficult experiences, and create lasting change.
Taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming, especially when you've been carrying so much on your own. You don't need to have all the answers before you begin. If you're ready for a supportive, compassionate space to heal, grow, and create meaningful change, I would be honored to be part of your journey.
