Welcome, my name is Melisha Usher, LMSW. As a licensed social worker, I have provided Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Strength-Based Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Psycho-education to clients for more than six years. It is my belief that the most important aspect of therapy is the therapeutic relationship between the client and the therapist. It is my goal to take a collaborative approach and to communicate effectively in a warm and engaging manner.
I am committed to helping clients be their most authentic selves and feel more connected in their lives. Aside from helping individuals understand themselves better, I'm also committed to helping them manage anxiety, depression, and other difficulties.
