About
I help others understand themselves and manage change. My main goal is to provide quality individual counseling services that will improve self-awareness regarding the dangers of substance use/abuse. I can help you understand the phases of relapse, use the information to examine past behaviors, and identify triggers and warning signs of relapse. You will learn and practice healthy/pro-social skills to help you effectively manage future situations. You will also learn to proactively manage your relationships and your self-care reducing your need to turn to drugs for comfort.
LGBTQ friendly. Services will not be denied based on your inability to pay and will not deny services for any reason including race, color, sex, national origin, disability, religion, age, sexual orientation, or gender identity. Sliding Fee Discount Program available (based on family size and income).
