I have worked with clients of all ages for 25 years. My clients are individuals, couples, and teens looking for additional skills to make it through life's challenges. I offer a supportive space for people to express their needs and struggles and gain insight and new perspectives to their lives. Clients want relief to their struggles and I offer practical and easy skills they can immediately implement. Life is often not easy or comfortable, but I provide a compassionate environment while working towards positive lifelong changes.
I specialize in healthy relationships, couples therapy, sex therapy, anxiety, depression, divorce, and trauma. I will help clients learn to communicate their needs in a productive way that can be applied to all relationships in their lives. We will look at the patterns in your life that are no longer working for you and learn new behaviors that do.
